TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to the Speedo On-Line Product Review Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”):

1. The Prize Draw commences on 16 June 2010 and closes at [insert time] on 31 September 2010. Each Speedo online account holder may post up to a maximum of three (3) reviews, and these will be counted as three (3) separate entries. Any additional reviews are welcome, but will not be counted as further entries into the Prize Draw. Third party or bulk entries, entries containing obscenities or crude language, fraudulent entries, entries based on misconduct and entries not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid.

2. The Prize Draw is open to all United Kingdom residents except employees of Speedo, Pentland Brands plc, any associated companies and their families.

3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO TAKE PART IN THE PRIZE DRAW.

4. To be automatically entered into the Prize Draw, you need to complete a product review on the www.speedo.co.uk (the “Website”) between 16 June 2010 and 31 September 2010 (the “Entry”) for a Speedo product which you have purchased between 1 May 2010 and 31 September 2010. Please visit www.speedo.co.uk/review for details on how to leave a review.

5. There can only be one (1) winner. There will be one (1) grand prize of a Speedo Aquashot camera (the “Prize”).

6. The winner will be drawn on 1 October 2010 at random from all eligible Entries received. The winner of the Prize will be the first eligible Entrant drawn at random.

7. The winner will be notified by email or telephone within thirty (30) days of the closing date with further details of how to claim his/her Prize. If the winner cannot be contacted during this period, Speedo reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until the Prize has been allocated.

8. The draw will be made by an independent moderator and Speedo’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

9. The Prize may be altered or varied at Speedo’s sole discretion and substituted with a prize which, in Speedo’s sole opinion, is a suitable alternative. No cash alternative is available and the Prize is non-transferable.

10. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a SAE to Caroline Lips, Speedo International Ltd, Ascot Road, Nottingham NG8 5AJ after 15 October 2010.

11. The winner agrees to take part in publicity activities if requested to do so by Speedo.

12. Speedo reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions at any time in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or if in their absolute discretion consider it necessary.

13. Speedo reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.

14. Speedo accepts no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this prize draw.

15. Information regarding personal data provided on entry to the promotion will be collected stored and processed in a database for the purpose of managing entry into this promotion. Such information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms & Conditions or as separately accepted by you. If you have separately agreed to receive communications from Speedo International Limited then your personal data may be used by them for such purposes, including direct marketing.

Any personal data that you provide will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the1998 Data Protection Act.
