JOB PURPOSE

A senior position within the global Product & Marketing function, this role works cross-functionally to deliver Speedo’s brand vision of being “The Swim Superbrand” through the development and delivery of integrated world-class product and marketing propositions that drive awareness, engagement and growth.

As part of the Product & Marketing leadership team this person will be responsible for creating, communicating and realising a world-class brand proposition for implementation in the retail environment via distributors, licensees and key accounts. They are specifically accountable for leading the central marketing team in planning, developing and delivering seasonal assets and communications plans.

The key qualities of the role are:

Communication: Able to distil concepts and convey them concisely and effectively to a global audience (key stakeholders, partners, retailers, shareholders)

• Experience of working as part of a team within a commercial role.

• Able to work and communicate cross-functionally at a variety of levels across the business.

• Able to show initiative and an ability to think innovatively.

• Branded sports/fashion experience preferable
